Trouble with email notifications

    Hi JotForm!

    Well like the title of this question, i have a form that have a configuration to send notifications to other email (not the account mail) and was working fine...but... from thursday 24 the email notifications don't work anymore....


    The form name on my Account is: "Mujer Exitosa Dannys"

    Which additional details needs you to help me solve this issue?

    I have checked form you provided and email address that is set as recipient email of that form is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    d******ta@i****.mx is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
