Do you mean to say that you are receiving duplicate emails for your form submissions? As I check your JotForms in your account, I see that there are not multiple notifications set or any conditions on your JotForm. Could you let us know the form URL that you are experiencing the issue? If you can also let us know the email ID that you are receiving these notifications so that we can further investigate the issue.
