Unable to download the uploaded files

    Hi Jotform,

     

    I'm having troubles downloading the uploaded files for one of my forms and my upload space hasn't exceeded yet: https://form.jotform.com/52492166782968.

     

    Could you please help with this?

    I see that your account is tagged with Overlimit since you have received 1000 submissions. I see that your account is holding Premium subscription which is limited to 1000 submissions per month. The submission counter will be reset on the first day of the following month. Since we are on the last day of the month, I've reset the submission count to 950 so that you can receive more submissions and should be able to download the files.
