Is there a way to change your username? It doesn't appear like you can do that under the Account tab.

Yes. You are right. Account username cannot be changed from the Account settings by the user itself. However, we can change it for you. If you want to change your account username, please provide us with any of your 3 choices of usernames in the order you prefer so that we can change your account username depending on their availability.

    Hope this information helps!

Thank you so much for the response – can you change it to one of the following:
    lcme
    LCME
Will the links to our forms change to match the updated username?
    Thank you!

As I check, I see that the username is available for you to change. If you are using any custom URLs, you'll need to re-embed or share the new URLs again. This is due to custom URLs contain username in the links. If you are using direct URLs/embed codes, it is not required to make any changes at your end.

Please confirm so that we can proceed to change the account username. We will wait for your response. Thank you!
