Why will my one form be disabled tomorrow?Asked by Leigh Zacrep on March 31, 2016 at 10:49 AM
We have one form: Application for Employment. As we read the criteria for the FREE service, we would be able to receive 100 applicants. We do not use "payment" options. So, why is our form being disabled? We are running radio ads and cannot have a break in "service" for lack of a better term. Please help! Thank you.

I checked your form and I can see it is loading properly, you have not reached any limit so far, and your account seems to be good.
If you have embedded your form, please provide us the link where it is since I could not find the button you are showing in your screenshot, it could be that you need to re-embed it again.
Please, do let us know if you are still getting this issue, we will be glad to take other look to your account.
Thanks for clarifying! Panic sat in for a moment. I did create the free
account this morning. It is all set for now, correct?
Yes, I found you created your from using your free account, and this account has not reached any limit yet, it is on a good status and you should be able to use your form without any problem.
