Why does your pricing indicate that "100" submissions for FREE?

    But now I have been notified that I am over 10 and my form will be disabled tomorrow at 12pm...I need someone to explain this to me right away! Can I get the Bronze upgrade right away via credit card/debit? This is for my employers and the form is a job application of which we have an active radio commercial campaign running right NOW!

    The form referenced in the email you received was created under a Guest account.  Guest accounts are unregistered accounts and have lower limits than Free accounts since they do not require registering the account. 

    Since you have registered your account, your form is now back under its limits.  If any forms are still showing as over limit, let us know which form specifically and we will move it to your account to reactivate it.
