I still receive an email about my form views limit even if I have enabled the Jotform footer

    Hello, recently I received an email that I was getting close to my form view limit and I was given instructions to change a setting to allow Jot Form to place a footer ad at the bottom of my forms in order to remove the view limit. I clicked the box to allow this but I still received another email this morning saying that I have now reached my form limit.

    Why is this happening if I allowed the footer to be added?

    Our apologies. I have just reactivated your account. We are on a backup and you will most likely not able to see the changes in the Account - Settings page, but your forms should be up by now.

    Hello, I'm having the same error, does it take a while for this to apply as I've selected the box but still seeing the over quota message.
