    I stopped getting my email notifications starting yesterday on my form

    I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence you are not receiving any emails for the submissions. I've now removed the email from the bounce list and everything should be normal now.

    Please check now and get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Why would it be in the bounce list?
    Is there a way to prevent this?

    When the emails sent to any particular email id and the emails were not delivered repeatedly in any case, then the email ID will be added to our bounce list. Since the email is removed from the bounce list now, you should be able to receive emails without any issue. You may avoid the email address to added in the bounce list, please me sure that all the settings are correct in your Email settings. Also, please follow the guide provided above to avoid bouncing related issues.
