When my Outlook has several messages that read:

JotForm         New Submission: Title of the Form

I can't tell who sent the form. It would be most helpful to me if instead of New Submission, JotForm captured the name of the person sending the form.

Here is what my inbox looks like:

    ReceivedFromSubjectSizeCategories

Mon 5:36 PMJotFormNew submission: Training Request FORM37 KB

Mon 3:38 PMJotFormNew submission: Training Request FORM41 KB

Mon 10:04 AMJotFormNew submission: Gender and Sexual Diversity in K-12 Schools Training Request FORM37 KB

    See what I mean?

Please forward this on to your developer.

    Thank you.

You can do that by going to your form builder:

    1. Click Emails:

    2. Click Edit emails

    3. On the new page, you can adjust email subject, for example I put {name} which is the name of field for first name:

To check what is the name of certain field you can go to preferences for that field:

    And then on new page:

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Thank you.
