What happened to Hide "Empty Fields on Emails" in the Form Builder Preferences?

I am unable to access all of the preference options that I used to be able to. Was there some upgrade?

I want my email to exclude empty fields.

Any update.  I am also missing this feature.  Did it move?

Yes, we have a new version of the Preferences window and some options are hidden by default and some options have been moved to new location and some are removed.

The "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" option is planned to be moved to the Email wizard, but I just checked it and nothing's there so if needed, please call the following URL to bring back the old interface:

    https://www.jotform.com/?old

Likewise, just call https://www.jotform.com/?test to load the new interface.

    Hello,
Have you replaced the “Hide Empty Fields” somewhere else as described in the email below yet? Any ETA?

I would like to inform you that the Hide Empty Fields option is no longer available in the new preferences/email wizard. By default, empty fields will automatically be hidden from the email notification. Regards.

That's great! So will this also be true for ALL Notifications and Autoresponders?

Let me clarify. I may be off-base and/or using the wrong terminology, but I had the impression that previously it was only possible to hide empty fields for the initial Notification or AutoResponder.

So now, let's say I create 2 Notifications and 2 Autoresponders. Will empty fields be hidden for all of these templates?

Thanks for your support and clarification!

Yes, all new notification/autoresponder emails you create will have Hide Empty Fields enabled by default.
