I have been trying to get this to work all day but it just keeps saying it's loading. Is something wrong?

I've tried accessing the app at my end and was able to replicate the issue. It seems that there is an issue with the app. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here on this thread.
