    MailChimp Integration: It is not sending submitted data to the specified MailChimp list.

    I'm actually having this same issue and cannot get any information to pass through to mailchimp.

    I've looked at countless posts and tried just about every solution that has been listed on the forum.

    Is there any reason my form would not be properly passing the information to mailchimp?

    I also checked our MailChimp integration and it was working form me.

    So it must be an isolated case that is not working properly on your form http://www.jotform.us/form/50826835546160

    Please try the following procedures for initial troubleshooting so that we can determine where the problem might be.

    #1 Create new API key in your MC account

    #2 During the integration configuration, try mapping a few field first (i.e try Full Name, Email, Phone only) to use on your list.

    #3 Save the integration

    #4 Test the integration by submitting the form. 

    #5 Check in your MC list if the test submission successfully get added to the MC list.

    Let us know of the results and if issue remains.

    Hey Jonathan,

    I followed your instructions and was able to receive the test with just three fields

    (name, email and phone)

    Could the stripe integration possibly be causing the issue?

    I don't think that Stripe could be causing this issue, I have cloned your form and integrated with MailChimp and I received the submission data with the Stripe integration in the form and without it. 

    I also checked your form and noticed that you have added more fields to your integration and you have there the Stripe integration, is the issue still there? 

    Please, do let us know and we will further investigate the issue and try to replicate it on our end.

    The issue is still happening, the form you're looking at is still the original.

    This form works but the one currently on the site still does not work still, I can't figure out why.

    Just FYI, since your form has Stripe payment field, it would require an actual payment before the submissions will be completed and for the data to be sent to your MailChimp account unless nothing is selected on the Stripe payment field.

    Anyway, I cloned the form embedded on your page and integrate it with my MailChimp account. On my test, I received the 3 fields I've mapped on the integration e.g. the Full name, Email and the Phone field.

     

    Since you have more than 3 fields mapped in your integration which includes a dropdown field and a full address field, I suggest to do the following.

    * Please use a Textbox field on your MailChimp form for the "Help us get..." dropdown field on your JotForm form.

    * Make sure to use the full Address field on your MailChimp form.

    * Please re-integrate your form to MailChimp whenever you made changes on your MC or JotForm form.

    Thanks for the answers but I'm still not having any luck. I used a text field for the "Help Us" field and the "Shipping Address" is set to the address field in mailchimp. I reintegrated (with a new API key as well) and the information was still not passed. The test was performed with a transaction with a real credit card and the charge went through with verification from stripe. I did not receive a subscription from mailchimp however. You can see my API usage below.

    Can you please try testing it on a cloned form that doesn't have Stripe payment as well.

    Steps:

    #1 Clone your form http://www.jotform.us/form/50826835546160

    #2 Remove Stripe integration on the form. Save the form.

    #3 Integrate the new test form to MailChimp

    #4 Make sure to use the updated MC API keys

    #5 and field mapping is similar to the previous version that have Stripe payment

     

    #6 Save

    #7 Test submit the form.

    #8 Check if test submission is added to your MailChimp list.

    Let us know the result of this test.

    No luck, followed the instructions above. Removed stripe, new API key, same fields, retested and for some reason I'm still not being subscribed and the list is not merging.

    I've attached my API logs below, I tested twice and both ended up rejecting the request.

    I have cloned your form again and integrated with MailChimp, I only have mapped the Name and Email fields and noticed that the data is not being sent to my list now. 

    I have checked the log for my API and noticed that the API call was rejected, I will escalate this issue to our second level so one of our developers will take a look in order to find why this is happening, I will provide the result of your API log as well as mine, you should receive news soon via this thread.

    Unfortunately, we have not received news from our second level regarding to this issue so far; however, I will ask for updates and let you know here as soon as we get some.

    The error returned means there is a required field on your MailChimp account that wasn't passed a data to during submission.

    Can you please send us a screenshot of your list's merge fields dashboard?

    To go about it, go to your list's page, click Settings then click List Fields and *|MERGE|* tags
