I want to see how JotForm can be used for student lesson logsAsked by Ray Thierrin on March 31, 2016 at 07:44 PM
We have a simple paper form that includes the students name, instrument, songs practiced, theory items covered and comments. We do this with say a dozen music teachers using the same form, and we need a way to capture the info and review pasty lessons by student.
Thank you for contacting us.
I see you have a JotForm account and created your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60907188956167 already.
You can review the past lessons (submissions) in the form's submissions page.
user guide: How-to-view-Submissions
You can also create Reports from the data so that you can share the reports among the teachers.

You can also generate spreadsheet reports using Google Spreadsheet integration if you require collaboration application among the teachers.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further help.
