    Unable to save changes made to form

    I was editing a new form that I expect to have online tonight, but since 19:00GMT that I got issue to open login page, then some 30-45mins later I could login but all too slow, and since 22:00 I can use almost OK, but actually its not working. I edit my form, but even if I press Save, it seems new changes are not committed and I cannot see it on preview or final link.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a problem yesterday with the website being down. However, it is not entirely down for some users in the EU region but may have been affected. The problem happened when our back-end team is switching data centers. The switch might have caused some issues in your end when you are making changes on the form. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Could you please confirm if you are still having problems right now? I'm testing our EU account and the changes and updates on the form is showing in live preview.

    Actually, issue is not completely solved yet, as since 22:00GMT yesterday we could log in, edit form, but changes we do (tonight and right now) are not immediately committed to preview, but will appear some large minutes or hours later... :/

    Thank you for confirming, this has been forwarded to Development Team and should be resolved soon.

    As my colleague said, this was due to data center migration. Once it fixed you will be updated from this thread.

    Hello, I have looked at some of your forms and was able to save and preview the result now. Can you let us know if it works on your side now.

    If the issue still persist, please provide us with the name of the form you were trying to edit and we will look at it further.

    Dear Huberson,
    Me and my friend, we have been trying to set this up, but we have 2
    simultaneous issues:
    - Jotform server issues already described (at this moment some slowness,
    specially when opening new tab with jotform and saving new changes)
    - We're doing our more complex form till now, needing to explore all
    your options, which is causing some mess on form, as we did different
    tries, and some times we're not sure if is lack of correct configuration or
    missing some correct update on server.
    Some times we can work for sometime.. but some times we're working and then
    we notice that is not updating :(

    Could you please describe what you meant by:

    (at this moment some slowness, specially when opening new tab with jotform and saving new changes)

    Are you saying that the changes you make on a form, after clicking on Save button and Preview-ing your form, these saved changes are not immediately showing on the previewed form?

    If that is correct, it may be a delay with the version of the form that is being cached, so I have cleared your form caches:

    Please check if your form is now displaying the changes that were made on it correctly, and let us know how it goes.

    If you were talking about something else, could you please elaborate a little more about what the exact issue is, and what seems to be slow? We will be happy to examine it and assist you, but we need to understand what is the exact issue you are experiencing is.

    Some times we can work for sometime.. but some times we're working and then
    we notice that is not updating :(

    For the second issue you are describing, by "we notice it not updating" are you saying that the Save button keeps spinning and is not saving your form, or something else entirely?

    Behavior has been oscillating, from regular to issues on save/update, and
    today also on public links. Let me make it easy to you by creating this
    topics, order by priority or impact:
    1. *Main Issue: * Not always but frequently it takes up to 10mins saving
    (with icon active saving), for be able to check changes on public link
    2. *Some times *(it just happen last hour) it seems to have saved, but
    actual commit of change is only visible some minutes later.
    3. *Today*, customized link created

    this form https://form.jotform.com/60893058703965 is not working
    4. I *tried* to add a jotform Tab to our Facebook page, which seems to

    I have cloned your form and I can see that it only has 47 fields in total, meaning it's not a long form at all and changes should be saved quickly. However, I've noticed a lot of widgets added to it, but even so, it still should not take you 10 minutes to save your form. May we know if there are any particular changes you're trying to make where you're experiencing slowness in saving your form after applying it?

    With your permission, we would like to try to apply the same change to your form and make some test. Same with your first question, may we know what particular change are you trying to apply to your form, please?

    To my understanding, you have followed the instructions on this guide, How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form, and still getting a 404 error message when you use the custom URL, is that correct?     Following the instructions on this guide, https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Page, I have added the clone version of your form to my Facebook page. Here's the link to the Facebook page:

    Click the form entitled, Clone of Inscrição Camporee 2016, you will see that the form is loading properly. 

    I would like to apologize, I can't seem to reproduce the same issue you're getting. I would suggest you try to remove the form from your Facebook page first and add it back after.

    Hi Mike,
    We have been working on this form, yesterday night, this morning and this
    afternoon, and we believe we reach our main objectives now.
    Let me tell you that I've been a software engineer, working now as project
    management and last time working directly on support project. With this I
    mean I know what is to like to have costumers making unusual claims, or
    that we can nor reproduce.
    Since Thursday he had really lots of issues, with slowness to save changes,
    miss to update changes saved, some changes visible to some and not to
    others (on different PC/Macs/iPhone/Nexus on different locations),
    personalized link that yesterday was not working, and a not understood yet
    form changes lost this morning (lucky you have a cool feature to revert to
    a previous version). Well, I don't want to be a smart guy, but as a non
    advanced jotform users, we really took much time than expected to conclude
    this form, due to server instability. I appreciate your support, even
    clones you did to test, but just want to share with you that this really
    took us additional hours for work (check if is our error or server error,
    waiting to update, asking colleague if he got the same preview, etc)

    First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. I believe that with your experience as a software engineer, you understand how the system works. What you have experienced is, I think, some minor glitches in the system, that can be resolved by reverting back to the original state and applying the changes over again. We will, of course, take note of your concern and use it as a reference if something like this happened again to other users.

    I have checked the custom URL of your form and it is now loading properly without any errors. I, also, checked the Facebook page and I've seen the form now appearing when form tab is clicked.

    Is it safe to say that everything works for you now?

    Hello Mike,
    Yes, all seems to be working without any issue now.
    Let me now make you one questions related to a widget used "Visual Multi
    Select". We inserted some of this, but to be only visible one at time,
    according to option choose above, and are build to help user to know what
    will be his value with "inscriçao" as a base value with xx€ and other
    options with (+yy€). Is it posible to calculate total value (sum) of
    selected options?
