    The selector to style the headers in your forms is .form-header-group h2. For example, the following injected CSS will make the heading texts green:

    .form-header-group h2 {
    color: #3F3;
    }

    Of course, other declarations can be added to the rule to change other properties of the headings, as illustrated below:

    .form-header-group h2 {
    color: #3F3;
    font-weight: normal;
    font-style: italic;
    font-family: Helvetica, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;
    }

    If you need further assistance with this, do let us know.

    If you're referring to the sub-labels like "First Name" and "Last Name" found under the text boxes in "Full Name" fields, inject the following rule, changing the colour to suit:

    .form-sub-label {
    color: red;
    }

    It appears the color in the injected CSS is number coded?  Is a CSS color number chart available?

    Yes, it is. Please refer to this site

    Another trick would be to use  the Background field in order to  copy and paste the color code of your choice into the Custom CSS style, just make sure you follow the Syntax
