Jotform advertising

When I sign up for the 19.99 a month fee, that guarantees that there will be no advertising from Jotform.. correct?

Can you please explain in more details your question? Which advertising from Jotform are you receiving? If you are referring to emails that you receive about Jotform updates, you can click on unsubscribe option inside of the email you received. 

Also Jotform doesn't have advertising spaces in the form builder and forms since we would like to keep our system ad free.

Its at the bottom of the emails that the form sends out it says. "Powered by" and "create your own form today!" Is there a way to edit this out?

Powered by Jotform will only be shown on your form and your email Notifications if you have checked JotForm Footer option on settings page of your account. When JotForm Footer option is selected you will have unlimited form views for you account. 

I have checked settings on your account and I saw that JotForm Footer option is not checked. Also non of your forms have Powered by Jotform advertising. I have also checked recent Notification that was sent to your email address and Powered by Jotform is not shown at the bottom of the email. Older emails have Powered by Jotform image. I assume that JotForm Footer was checked on you account at some point and now you have unchecked it. Is that correct? 

You account is free account type. From view limits for free account is 1,000. If you upgrade you account to Bronze, from view limit will increase to 10,000. 

However like I mentioned as long as JotForm footer option is not checked Powered by Jotform advertising should not be shown, regardless of account type.
