Account downgrade

    can you please explain why my account has been downgraded?

    Hello invisage,

    It appears that your account was canceled from your Paypal account on March 29. If you did this cancellation, this was the cause of your account's downgrade. However, I was also able to find the subscription for Bronze for a bi-yearly plan so I have now changed your subscription status to Bronze. If you're unable to view the status of your subscription from your account's view, please try to log out and log back in to refresh the information on your browser.
