I just went to troubleshoot the issue, and there are balloons in my way. It is April 2 now - can you please shut them off? Thank you!!!

It should no longer appear once it pops. Regarding your forms, rest assured the balloons had nothing to do with them. However, should you encounter further issues with your forms, please do let us know and we'll look into them.
