I want to send a copy of the form to the customer once they have submitted it, I know how to do this as I have done it on other forms but the button with the email symbol does not respond when I click it. It has been like this for a few weeks. However, the same button on all of my other forms does respond.
Is there a bug on the venue hire form?

I checked the form in your account and I was able to see the issue, I cloned your form and the issue was still there and in order to test if a field could cause this I deleted all the fields even the submit button, the issue was still there after doing that.
I will escalate this to our developers so they will take a look and will fix this as soon as possible, although we can not provide an ETA we will ensure to let you know when it is fixed.
