The ONLY forms I have created are QUIZZES for my students. NONE of them ask for password information and I don't believe any of them count as phishing forms. So WHAT is the issue????? Please EXPLAIN to me WHAT MADE MY ACCOUNT eligible for suspension, so I may avoid doing so in the future. The ability of my students to access these forms is VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE FIX!

There are some texts on your forms like, "login" and "account", that alarmed our system and marked your account causing it to be auto-suspended. We apologize for the system being so sensitive about this matter as we are just trying to prevent phishers from taking advantage of our forms to collect sensitive information. I have reactivated your account as for further checking it doesn't violate any of our terms when it comes to phishing.
You will be able to access your forms again. Thank you for understanding.
