Hi Support,
Great work jot forms - I love the service you provide, I need some further assistance.
I've read through the integration section in the developer bit and I'm still a little confused.
Background - I have a rather large form which gets 3-4 requests per day. This is emailed to the client and they manually type all the information into their own company web MySQL CCMS.
What I would like to do is send this information automatically. Firstly is this possible and secondly if so could you explain the process and point me in the right direction.
Kind Regards
Chris

Hello Chris,
I would need little more information in order to give proper solution. When you say that your client manually type all the submission data directly in MySQL DB of CCMS or is there any webpage / form in which they manually type?
There are multiple ways to achieve your requirement:
#1. You can directly download the SQL file of your form submissions and import them in your MySQL database: Check this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/mysql_export
#2. Zapier Integration: You can take advantage of our Zapier integration. Take a look at here: http://apps.jotform.com/app/zapier_integration
You may also like to take a look at following URL: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/mysql/4061/add-jotform-submissions-to-mysql/
#3. You can write your own custom code to save submission records in your MySQL database. Please check this related thread: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-Form-to-MySQL
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

You can directly send the information from your JotForm form to their MySQL database. I believe it is already mentioned in this guide shared by my colleague in the earlier post: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-Form-to-MySQL
You can send your submission data via POST method. Here are some additional guides links that might help:
PHP Forms Explained: https://www.jotform.com/help/237-PHP-Forms-Explained
Send Submission data via POST in your Thank You page: https://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page
You can also use Webhook if you don't want the PHP script in your "Thank You" page: https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-Webhook-with-JotForm
I hope that helps.
