Your account is currently over its limits for form views.

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/191-Announcing-Pricing-Modification-Form-View-Limits

If your forms are embedded to high traffic web pages, though they do not receive a large amount of submissions, they will still receive a large amount of views.  Each time a page is loaded that has a form embedded, the form will be viewed as well.

Replacing the embedded form with a link to the form would limit views to those who actually want to fill out the form, instead of everyone who loads the page.

Since your account is over 4 times the allowed views, you would need to upgrade to a subscription or wait for the monthly reset on the first of May to restore your forms.

When does my account reset? The month just started 4 days ago.  Also, should I be grandfathered in since I helped promote you guys initially?  I'm in SF too.  Maybe I can swing by your office to discuss?

The reset occurs on the first day of each month.  The next one will be on May 1st.  All accounts are subject to the view limits, regardless of when they were created.  For the most part, the people in the SF office are marketing folks.  Not much else we would be able to do for you in office as opposed to online.

Seems kinda whack man.  I'll contact Aytekin myself.  It says I've used 4590 of 1000 so far this month.  The websites themselves are not even receiving that much traffic.  How can this be??

If you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.

You can check your forms anlytics data to see which forms are getting the most views:

How can I view how many times each form is being viewed rather than just two numbers?

Select the form in the "My Forms" section of your account, then click the "More" tab.  From that tab select analytics.  From there you can view that specific forms view count:

    Hi David,

Ayetkin just increased my views to 21,000, but the forms are still down.  Do you know when they're going back up?

    Thank you,

Your forms and account are both active.  They should currently be usable.
