My Account was Autosuspended again even though it was Fixed Last Week.

    Please help - my account was autosuspended - I haven't changed anything.  One of my forms was disabled a week ago but it was checked over and okayed by an administrator.

    I need this form re-instated asap as I have clients requiring it.

    To my current understanding you had some trouble with some of your forms being suspended by us again and we do apologize about this inconvenience to you so we'll gladly take a look and help correct the problem.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to locate any current jotforms on your page url but I do see according to our system that https://www.jotform.com/50884203725253 was the last form you visited though on my end it is currently active.

    Also, the current account associated with it for "corenaturopathics" is completely active on our end as well. And when I looked at the IP Address for the account I found several other active accounts with none of them suspended. It is possible that one of our team members may have fixed it.

    Is that the account with the forms you might have been having this issue with or is it still happening on a form of yours?

    If so then please share a link to that form or the username of the account this issue is happening with and we'll gladly investigate this issue further.
