    Here is my form 60712393428355

The form was way over to the left of the screen on pc so i added margin-left : 20px; to .form-all

This now looks correct on the pc but noticed on the iphone it also shiefted over a touch.

    I then added margin: 0 auto; to @media screen and (max-width: 1365px)

    It has now moved back

Is this the correct code to use for both of them.

    Thanks

I've checked your JotForm and it is displaying on the left side when viewed from the PC. Also, when I checked the form using iPhone emulator, it seems to be displayed correctly on the mobile screen as well.
