Used donation for custom amount but need to change to allow multiple transactions

Our form was initially set up for donations as the creator knew how to get it to calculate a total check-out charge based on the variable number of entries submitted. However, we have some groups which register multiple teams and now they can't as their credit card can only be used one-time with the donation payment. What fixes can be done to either allow multiple donations over a timeframe or convert (understanding some data may be lost, although downloadable first) to a product with a final check-out amount based on the number of named registrations.

    Thanks,

    Graham

As far as I know there is not a limit on the number of times that a user can pay with the same Credit Card; however, if there is one it should be removed when you are using your form to charge a custom amount instead of a donation, to do this you only need to open the payment wizard and un-check the option "This is a donation...":

As I tested your form and noticed that you need to get the information of each player, I think that this will not work if you decide to use the payment integration to sell products, this is because you may allow your users to decide the number of players, but you will need to get the information for each player separately; however, if you want to use the integration to sell products, here is a guide that will help you to set up your form like that: http://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

Do let us know if you need help when trying to change the current method that you are using in your form, we will be glad to help you.
