I'm unable to see any submission data as a sub user

I have been given sub user access of two forms which I have access to bot view and edit but I cannot view any submission details other than the date the forms were submitted.

The form creator and other form users are able to view this information. I am also able to view other forms I am a sub user of.

I have cleared cookies/cache and javascript is enabled, yet I am still not able to view the details.

The main account has not opted to store her/his forms and data to our EU DataCenter. But your account has this option checked. Please uncheck and see if that will fix the problem.
