I have a form with a member name with a condition if there is a joint member to show their information.
When I use the form as a single member the name dose not appear into Infusionsoft.
When I use the form as a Joint member...the joint member's name shows up as the main contact into Infusionsoft.
All of my other information on both forms show up in the right places into Infusionsoft.
There was also a way to split up First and Last names between Jotform and Infusionsoft but now it's gone?Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/60945704724156 -

Hi,
There is actually missing field in the condition for this form :CPU DEALER PORTAL #2. You could try fixing the conditions to see if all the submissions are still not passed to Infusionsoft properly. Also remove the Integration and add id back might help after fixing the condition.
If you have further issue feel free to contact us.

Thank you for the reply,
I have removed the integration a number of time to get the same thing. The main contact is missing or replace with the Joint member's name, but overall the main contact is missing?

It seems that Infusionsoft is only recognizing the Joint Member full name and ignoring the single member field.
Please try this workaround:
2. Delete the Joint Member Full Name field
3. Disable the condition
4. Create the Infusionsoft integration
5. Add a new Joint Member Full Name field and update and enable the condition
Let us know if the problem persists.

Clone the form, deleted everything that was connected, rebooted my computer and after re building the form and adding the Joint member's name....not even integrating that to Infusionsoft, it still over wrote the main contact's name in Infusionsoft???
There should be no way for that second name to even get into Infusionsoft?

I think the 'JOINT MEMBER'S NAME' might actually matching the main contact in Infusionsoft Integration instead of the 'Full Name'. I'm not quite sure but this a possibility.
You can double check the Integration to make sure everything match. Also let us know if it works for you.

I have try this a number of ways.
First with just the members name only and it works.
Then with the member and Joint member and the joint member will replace the members name.
I have also tried use the "Spouse" field in Infusionsoft for the joint member and it still replaces the member name.
If there are two names on a form...the second one seem to always replace the first one in Infusionsoft.
I have even created "Custom Fields" in Infusionsoft with no luck.

I'm checking your form, you have two integrations in it. One is directly using the Infusionsoft button and the other is using the WebHooks.
You are using this link:
http://jotform.infusedaddons.com/webhook.php
Is that link somehow related to how you are adding the submission data in your contact forms in Infusionsoft? If so, then that would explain why the "Joint Member" name is still being passed through even though it is not mapped in the integration.
I'm checking Infusionsoft and I see that the names are separated. Example:
Text box 1 = First Name
Text box 2 = Middle Name
Text box 3 = Last Name
If you will be using the "Full Name" field, you might experience some problems because each name in the Infusionsoft is map individually, perhaps you can try using separate text boxes in your JotForm form for each name part to map them specifically to your Infusionsoft. Here's an example:
In the integration wizard, I'll map each text box to specific fields in my Infusionsoft account:
