When I print the applications we receive, none of the headers are printing. Could you please let me know what I have to do?

If you are printing them from the Submissions page, you need to enable 'Show Headers and Texts' option by clicking the gear icon on the left then check 'Show Headers and Texts' under options at the bottom.
