What is wrong with your system? I can't download files that were submitted by my customers? You guys are making my business harder, not easier.

    Sorry but I did not encounter the said issue, I was able to download the uploaded files in the most recent submission on your form. What I did was to get to the Submissions section then click on the url link of the uploaded file. The file was opened in a separate window and from there I saved it locally.

    Can you provide further information on how you go about the download, is it by excel/csv?

    Its a jpg. I click on the file either on your site or the email, and the computer just spins then goes to an oops page.

    That's odd since it works fine at my end, is it a cloudfare error or a timeout error? Have you tried using a different network?
