Hello, we have been using jotform for many years. Now it's telling me again that my upload limit has been reached after a short time. I was told the counter resets every month, so how can we have reached our limit already after 2 submissions this month?
How can we reset or remove some of the data to make space without having to buy more data?

The upload limit is a total for all files stored with your submissions. The total does not reset month to month like the submission limits do. Since there is currently 107MB total stored, your account is over limit.
To reduce this, you would need to deleted previous submissions that have files attached. I would recommend backing up and files or submission you need to prior to doing so.
