I keep getting form not found

Every time I try to send a link to a form or even just view it myself it says the form is not found.

HELP!

It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector tool. This is why you got the "Form not found" error when you view the form. I checked the forms on your account and I can see that they do not violate jotform's terms. I have now removed the suspension on your account.

You should be able to view your forms without any issue.

However, please note that the form you linked (https://form.jotform.com/60955994595275) appears to have been deleted by you, so you will still get the error "Form not found" when you view that form. To restore the deleted form, simply follow this guide: How to Restore Deleted Forms?
