New Email Wizard: Text editing tool not showing in email notification setup

Asked by Željko  on April 06, 2016 at 08:33 AM

How could we ad email address (email delivery address upon form completion) to the form? We add email to the Emails section, but not shore this is right. If I could suggest, best way will be to add option to a submit button (mail to for example).

    email Emails style size font

I see your email address z**j*o.****r@yahoo.com is on guest account. I strongly suggesting signing up an account to us. After that log in to your registered account and update or change your email notifications setting.

To update your existing notification's recipient address, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

Let us know if you still need more assistance on this.

Could you please try creating a new email notification? It seems like your old notification has problems on them like the tags you are using. Here's a guide on how to create a new email notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

The reason why some data are not showing in the email is because you might be using old field tags:

If you create a new email notification, you'll see the field tags under the "Form Fields" dropdown, it should match the ones in your email template.

The text editor should be visible in your end, however, there seems to be a problem in your "Notification 1" because the text editor tools are not showing. I have forwarded your case to our developers for further checking and to have it fixed. For the meantime, please do try creating a new email notification so that the correct field tags will be loaded and for the text editor tool to show up.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please register or sign up an account to us using the same email address that you used here. It would be hard for us to help you if your forms are in a guest account.

After signing up an account, please log in, follow the guides and screenshots that I have shared.
