    Free plan inquiry about submissions

Asked by marketingforms on April 06, 2016 at 11:02 AM

I am on the free plan with 100 submissions per month - if i delete the submissions does that free up the space?

Are you referring to the number of submissions or to the storage space? For the free plan, you have 100 submissions per month and 100mb storage space.

The submission counter will not be affected even if you deleted a submission. For example, if you have 50 submissions and then you deleted 10 submissions, the counter will still remain at 50.

The storage space are related to the attached or uploaded files. It is not monthly compared to the submissions. You need to delete the submissions that has the attached files in order to free up your storage space.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Can you please provide the form ID or form name that you are using for testing? And also, how many test submissions you made?

For the webform (form ID:60944025635152), there are 5 submissions.
For the Webform-2 (form ID: 60944597250159 ), has 29 submissions.

Currently, you have 90 submissions. I will now deduct 40 submissions on your counter. This will be the last time since you were already informed twice that deleting the submissions will not free up the submission counter. Here's the other thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/708004

We cannot reset or deduct anymore in the future. So please be mindful of the test submissions. You can increase your submission limit by performing this tasks: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.

    Thank you.
