Not receiving email notifications from multiple forms

    I have a few forms that I'm not receiving forms from. Do I need to upgrade>?

    I see that your account is currently holding Bronze Monthly subscription. It is not required to upgrade your account in order to receive email notifications. It looks like there is an issue with either the form or the recipient email address. We request you to go through the guide below  that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

    If the issue still persists, we request you to get back to us with the form ID/URL along with the email ID that you are not receiving email notification so that we can further investigate the issue.
