Help! I recently opened a new JotForm account for a client and misspelled their company name thai I used for the account username. They have asked me if I can correct it for them. Any solutions?

Yes we can reset it for you, Due to security reasons your are not able to change your username from your end. Kindly submit to us the proposed new username that you need us to change to.
After we reset you account, you will have o log out the original username and login with new username and will be ready to go.
