Problem on form different size quantity fields on mobile

I am working on our form called TK REPORT with material.

The problem I am having is on specific parts of our form.

The lists called "panel board" Fused Switch" all the way down the form to boxes WP.

When this form is opened up on a iPhone5 the form looks great, works great my problem is the text box were you enter quantities are different sizes. The form looks and works correct in edit and in preview. But when opened on a mobile the quantity text area is shorter and different sizes and the grey description area is longer. Can you help me fix this problem?

I was able to see the problem as well when I test your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60875540887166 on Iphone 5 browser

I was able to find a workaround the seem to work also. That is by removing the Mobile Responsive widget on the form.

 

I check on a test form without the Mobile Responsive widget on it, and it work like this

 

Please try also on your form. Let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.
