Submit button not visible and unable to put submit button in form ?

    Details of issue:  When I put submit button, it shows 'login with facebook' button even which is not visible when loaded.  Please guide which error I should rectify to ensure perfect working of the form.

    I am able to reproduce the same issue that you're having when I view your form.

    Can you try to remove the fit forms integration and re-integrate it again?
