My form link doesn't work anymore.

    Hello

    I can't open the link any more on my 2 templates..

    I do not know why.

    Is there a problem with your server?

    Hello Bertrand,

    I did check both the form URL you have shared and they seems to work as expected. I was able to open both the form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
