i'm using the following script in my page to use jotfrom:
<script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/43351428505956"></script>is there a way to add a subject field to the form? please note that the value of the subject is filled by code not by end user.
jsut i need keep the form as it is and on submit i need to submit a subject with the email and the bodt

If I understand your question correctly, you want to change the subject of your Notification or autoresponder.
You can change the subject of your notification as you see below:

hello,
the subject is change in the code.
in other words i have 5 pages and i have for each page an ID and the email form.
if id = 1 i have a specific subject, if id=2 i have a specific subject, etcccc/

Thank you for additional information. You can create different autoresponders and you can add different subjects to your autoresponder.
Then, you can add 5 different ID fields and 5 different email fields on your form.
After that, you can add the id field and change the subject for autoresponders as you see below:
Finally, you can create conditions to send autoresponders based on selection.
