Changes are not reflecting on frontend

Hi,

I am trying to make changes in the form but unable to do so. I am doing changes in background images, text fields & other sections as well & properly saving it, but after that the changes is not reflecting on the front end. I tried to do changes many times or create new other 3 - 4 forms & do the same changes in all others form as well, but as usual the changes is not reflecting on the frontend. 

I am using jot form from more than 2 years & made 300+ forms but I never face this problem. Please check & sort this problem asap.

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. That was a temporary issue; but currently, the problem is fixed and also, you can see the look of your form from my side, the issue seems to be gone:
