Conditions and integration windows not popping up

I am running firefox 45.0.1 and my conditions and integration windows are not coming up on any of my forms. I have tested on chrome as well and neither worked. I cannot edit my forms or check my zoho integration with out these.

Nevermind It somehow works now, but for about 30 minutes it did not work.
