    The Payment section on my form is not working - this is Urgent

    I am using Google Checkout on several of my forms to collect payment from customers.  As of Monday this week (27th February) there have been issues with the API information being passed back into JotForm and therefore payments not being processed.

    People complete all the information on my website, click on submit which takes them to Google Checkout, they complete all their information including credit card details, click on the checkout/process button and the site freezes.  Their payment details are not saved they just get stuck.

    This has now become an urgent issue as no one can buy anything from my website.  Please can you provide advice on how this error can be resolved?

    Have you made contact with Google Checkout's support?  If the site freezes while the form user is in Google, it should be Google's end that should be the issue.

    If in any case, I will also forward this matter to the JotForm dev team to ensure that nothing is going on in JotForm's end.

    I have been in touch with Google and they cannot offer any solutions.  The errors I am getting are:

    We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://www.jotform.com/ipns/gco.php -- the error we got is java.io.IOException: Error 'SSL_CERTIFICATE_ERROR' connecting to url 'https://www.jotform.com/ipns/gco.php'.

    I notice that someone else using the JotForms Premium service experienced the same issues (Asked by foothills05 on January 28, 2012) but it has now been resolved.  Please can you resolve this issue for me as the issue lies with JotForms SSL Certficiate?

    Thank you for these details, lisajayne22000,  The case regarding the SSL certificate on the URL https://www.jotform.com/ has already been fixed sometime at the end of February.  I also have just checked the SSL certificate of the domain name and it did not return errors.  You should be able to accept payments already if someone makes a purchase using your form now.

    But nonetheless, I have sent a ticket to the development team inquiring if there are any possible existing problems with Google Checkout.  We will keep you posted as soon as we get updates from them.

    Hi - there was still an error this morning but it seems to be working OK now.  I will keep an eye over the next couple of days and will come back if it still seems to be having issues.

    The payment section is still not working on my form - below is the error message from within google checkout.  This is now crticial as the site is selling tickets to a charity music concert that takes place next Friday (23rd).  Please can you get it resolved or let me know how I can resolve it.

    The SSL on https://www.jotform.com domain is working fine so far there have been no reports or any outages which may have caused this even so I  opened the ticket related to this issue so that our administrators can do further check.

    Whatever updates we have on this will be psted on this thread.

    This should be resolved now. We had a certificate issue yesterday I believe.
