How do I receive submissions?

How do the answers come to me? Do they come in an email for each individual, or are results compiled?

Am I able to see each user and his/her specific responses?

If you set an Email Notification on your form, you will be receiving an email to the email address you set as a recipient for every submission made on your form.

You may also view the submissions made to your form via your submission page when you're logged in to your account.

Yes, you would be able to see specific responses in the submission grid of the submission page.
