The text I had in my email responders have all disappeared. I assume there has been a software change which has not been tested properly. Is there anyway I can get it back without having to retype them all.

I have checked Autoresponder of the form you provided and I did not saw any custom text inside of it. There is only default table.
Did you maybe removed mentioned text or created new Autoresponder email?
I have checked email history log on your account and I found email that was sent to one of your users with custom text. Is this the text that is missing from your Autoresponder?
Considering that text is now missing from your Autoresponder I would suggest you to find that email copy the text and paste it to your Autoresponder.
Once you open your email history log, search for emails with form ID 53442544292960.
