Can I copy and paste the code for one a related form into multiple locations within website?

We have a website where clients are able to order services by selecting their state/county/city. Each of these areas has a seperate page. (example: order my Dallas Texas appraisal.)

The question is can we just paste the code from a single created form into these pages without running into any issues.

I see allot of people having account suspended issues on the forum. We just want to make sure we are in complete compliance. As you can imagine this means adding several hundred instances of your form into our system,we can not afford to have issues down the line.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. Your support has been phenominal..

Yes, you can use the same form code on multiple locations on your web site. There is no problem with that. Suspension usually happens if you create a login form.
