How do I create condition to show/hide fields

In other words, if I have two selections in a drop down menu, example" for simplicity (the dropdown has either one or two), if I choose one, then a form shows up, if I choose two then a different form shows up.  How do I do this?

In the attached link, about midway down the page I have a collapse named "Need to Swap a Game? Click here ---->".  I would like to have this as my Two choice (it would be called "Swap a Game") and then have the main form as my One choice (that would be called"Reschedule a Game")

    Thanks,

    Peter

If I understand you correctly, you would like to create a dropdown. Depending on the selection, you would like certain fields to be shown or hidden.

As you can see this is pretty simple, once you have included the dropdown with the option you prefer.

You just require to create a show/hide condition. On the main toolbar press the CONDITION button

and select the SHOW/HIDE fields option

You may clone the form so you can analyze and review as you like.

Thanks, I used a variation of this where I hid certain fields with the Show Multiple function.  Take a look.

    Reschedule or Swap a Game

    Thanks again,
