Dear guys i am not receiving email in my mail box for the form submission. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org but when i change to my default gmail then its work so i think my company mail id in your bounce list.
so request to you please fix it this. my registered mail id with jotform is email@example.com
Your mail server has blocked emails coming from us with the following error:Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Relaying disallowed
In order to resolve this, please make sure that you are not using any other sender email other than firstname.lastname@example.org, you may need to add the said email to your address book on your webmail as well in order for the said email to be trusted by your account/domain.
For now, I have now removed your email address from our bounce list. It should work again sending an email to your address. If you are still not receiving any email alerts, please do let us know.
