We're trying out JotForms and like it. However, the form is not responding to mobile (iPhone or iPad).
It appears my setting are correct but can't figure it out.

I was able to see the problem as well when I test the form http://www.jotform.us/form/60860111991150 in your website on mobile browser.
I was able to fixed it by adding the Mobile Responsive widget on your form
I test again on your website, and it looks fixed now.
Can you please test/check also.
Please let us know if issue still remains.
