    Hi Jotform folks,

    After the recent changes in the interface, these instructions for hiding the empty email fields in auto-responded and submission forms no longer work, as these options "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" no longer exist as menu options. Can someone update how to do this with the new menu, since I can't seem to find this option anywhere not in JotForms.

    Hi Chriistian,

    It would be great if all the JotForm support people got on the same page. This menu and instructions you provided here are no longer the standard menu available to users, and cannot be accessed without a custom login, as explained in another forum reply, and as noted here. https://www.jotform.com/answers/814926-Where-is-Hide-empty-email-fields-option-now#3

    The new menu current does not allow you to hide empty form fields in the response emails, but support says they are working on fixing this. For now, you must switch to the old login format to see the menu you displayed. Normal users no longer get that screen, it now looks like this. So people need to follow the instructions in the link above, and add the ?old to their login like so--- https://www.jotform.com//?old

    Hello chriscrews,

    Thank you for raising the concern and we apologize for this confusion.

    Also, it is correct that if you wish to be able to see the old version of the window for preferences, you should visit http://www.jotform.com/?old. The ?old parameter lets you load the old version of the tools windows.
