How to create rows with different field type?

I am looking to make something similar to this. Where I can have the user select a Length and Quantity (Buy).

I am in great need of this form. Is this something Jot forms can do? To have a way to split up your form in multiple columns of text then two columns of answers.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Configurable List" widget.  It will allow you to add different form fields types in the same row.
